Appraisal Pros LLC came about from the downfall of a previous employer. Michael and Bryan Cope, Hannah Seivers, and I (Deb Seivers) all worked together there and took the plunge into our own business ownership in early 2006.

Brothers Michael and Bryan brought their many years of appraisal experience, as well as their down to earth personalities, to the table. Hannah brought five years of real estate appraisal front office experience, and her true love of people, and I contributed twenty five years of accounting and customer service experience. We have since added staff that all contribute in their way to the success of our company by dedicating themselves to excellence and genuine customer satisfaction.

We are truly a "family" here - we have a mother/daughter appraisal team, a father/son appraisal team, a brother/brother appraisal team, and I am the mother of Hannah and Danie, our office administrators. But, even the members of our staff that are not blood related are considered part of the Appraisal Pros family.
